Dealer Solutions Showcase Opportunity
Innovation knows no bounds, and in the world of trailers, it's the components that drive the industry forward. For the 2025 NATM Trailer Expo, National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) will highlight the newest and hottest in the light- and medium-duty industry in its Dealer Solutions Showcase. This showcase offers NATM Trailer Expo exhibitors an additional avenue to captivate prospective customers, extending their reach beyond the limits of their booth space.
Have a new solution that will improve trailer dealer processes? Do you offer a product that improves sales or repair services? Have an exciting component to share with prospective dealers?
For just $500 a product, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce your products or services to key trailer dealer industry leaders at the 2025 show in Oklahoma City. Please note that NATM will not accept onsite submissions.
RECOGNITION
Not only will the Dealer Solutions Showcase highlight your cutting-edge components, the trailer dealer attendees will be able to participate in the selection process by voting for awards in multiple categories on the NATM Trailer Expo Mobile App.
Once the voting process closes, the winners are presented with awards.
The winning awards will be announced at the Dealer Solutions Awards on the final day of the NATM Trailer Expo.
CRITERIA & DISPLAY
The Dealer Solutions Showcase is only open to vendor exhibitors at the 2025 Trailer Expo and the submission must be a physical product that can be displayed at the event. If for any reason your product exceeds the specifications required to display on one of our counters, we will contact you concerning other display options available.The product release date must be any time after January 1, 2022.
Participating exhibitors must bring their product(s) to the show floor on Sunday, Sept. 14, between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, or ship the product to the warehouse addressed to NATM Show Management. Products featured in previous years’ showcases may not be displayed again.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All submissions must include the following:
Product name, description (3-4 sentences), and specifications (height, width, and weight) . Ensure all product details, including weight and height, are accurate. Inaccurate information can lead to logistical issues and may result in exclusion from the showcase. Product cannot exceed 75lbs, 3ftx3ft.
(1) High-resolution image (300dpi minimum) of the product for publication purposes
(1) High-resolution company logo (PNG)

RAFFLE
Innovation is best experienced firsthand, which is why NATM is excited to offer the Dealer Solutions Showcase raffle, an exceptional opportunity for trailer manufacturer and dealer attendees to engage with the showcased products in a unique way.
By participating in the raffle, attendees get a chance not only to witness the innovation of your products, but to even take it home! The raffle will take place at on the final day of the Trailer Expo. Exhibitors in the Dealer Solutions Showcase are able to choose to participate in the raffle during the application process as it is optional to participate.
If a vendor exhibitor does not want to participate in the optional raffle, products must be picked up at the end of the Expo Exhibit Hours by the participating company on Wednesday, Sept. 17 between 2-6 pm. Any products left after that time may be discarded and NATM is not responsible for items participating companies leave behind.
