NATM Trailer Dealer Affiliates Registration
NATM Trailer Dealer Affiliate companies receive two complimentary full registrations and two full spouse registrations at the NATM Trailer Expo. Additional Trailer Dealer Affiliate registrations can be purchased for $100 a ticket. The Dueling Pianos Networking Event on Monday, Sept. 15 tickets can be purchased for $20.

Hotels:
NATM Trailer Dealer Affiliates receive one (1) complimentary hotel room night per company.
To receive your free night, please book your hotel stay using the official NATM Room Block and send your confirmation number to Catie.Rutkowski@natm.com. The cut-off date for complimentary rooms is August 1, 2025.
The NATM Room block rates are $239.00 per night at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel.

Non-NATM Trailer Dealer Registration:
Trailer Dealers that are not NATM Trailer Dealer Affiliates can purchase full registrations for $300 per person. Location: On the expo floor, directly in exhibitor booths
Description: 15-minute rapid fire education on the exhibit floor from the Expo exhibitors, including promotions, products, and quick demos. Quick-Hits will be repeated throughout the schedule. Attendees will learn directly from exhibitors about new products and services.

Location: On the expo floor at the NATM Learning Lounge
Description: Subject matter experts will deliver longer technical and operational demonstrations, 30-45 minutes in length, at NATM’s designated Learning Lounge in the middle of the expo floor.

Description: Classroom-style workshops, 60-90 minutes long, that dive deep into a variety of relevant topics delivered by industry experts.

Description: A new session unlike traditional workshops, the Dealer Roundtables will provide a time for dealer attendees to learn from the best – each other. During this 90-minute session, attendees will be matched with a small group of other non-competitor dealers to participate in moderated discussions on dealer operations and leadership topics. Attendees won’t want to miss this highly engaging session.
